Great item, great price, reasonable delivery time, very pleased. A couple of pointers that might save new users some trouble shooting time: The USB-serial convertor may work to flash the device but not to power it up - the ESP32 can cause a 'brown-out' and fail to initialise properly when starting up - this is because the power needed to initialise the bluetooth and WiFi is more than the convertor can provide: Details here - https://robotzero.one/esp32-cam-arduino-ide/ As you can see in the photo, I had the one that caused issues, so I just used an Arduino to power the ESP32 after flashing it - I lost the serial monitor, but the server came up successfully (the photo is a screenshot of the server, showing the camera quality). Finally, I wasn't able to successfully upload the sample code that came with the ESP32 library on Arduino IDE, so I used another one: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/esp32-cam-video-streaming-web-server-camera-home-assistant/
