Perfect DVD drive/burner for PC or laptop! Use it as an external secondary drive on the PC and there is no difference in speed between the two. If the USB port does not supply enough power (LED blinks, DVD is constantly on), you can help yourself with an active USB hub (i.e. with a separate power connector).

Perfektes DVD-Laufwerk/Brenner für PC oder Laptop! Nutze es als externes Zweitlaufwerk am PC und geschwindigkeitsmäßig ist zwischen den beiden kein Unterschied erkennbar. Wenn der USB-Anschluss zu wenig Strom liefern sollte (LED blinkt, DVD läuft permanent an), kann man sich mit einem aktiven USB-Hub (also mit separatem Stromanschluss) aushelfen.

The optical drives plastic facade came unclipped from the rest of the tray but it was feasible to fix it. So far it read a CD normally but the real tests of DVD burning are ahead. Hopefully it will manage to do it properly.
