Looks as advertised, it can go up to 2 megabits a second wich is pretty fast. The range is also very good, however some capacitors and a beefy 3.3V supply is required to make it work properly.

Very nice product and very cheap ! You can achieve fast (2Mbps) communication between two(2) Arduino (or Raspberry Pi). Attention 1: As with any transceiver, you need to buy two (2) to do the job. You may also need two Arduinos in order to experiment with this product. Attention 2: This product does not work together with the Arduino's motor shield because SPI library used by nRF24L01 shares the same pins on the board. Attention 3: You may also need to buy cables in order to connect each transceiver

Works fine! Module is very compact and lightweight. If you have problems running it: make sure you have a clean 3.3V power supply connected to it, you might need a capacitor of 100 or 200 uF between 3.3V and GND-Connection. Also check out if you are using the right pins (SPI). Some Arduino-Libraries are a bit confusing about CE and CSN Pins, so make sure they are connected as defined. Level Shifter is not needed, Input is 5V-tolerant, only operating voltage should be kept at 3.3V

Original NRF24L01 . Mine was the model which is great. Exactly what you would expect. A bit hard to interface with a breadboard because of the dual row header, but just get some female-male jumper wires to go with it.

Package arrived in about 2 weeks to Hungary. This device is just awesome, bi-directional data transfer capability with built-in antenna for less then 2 dollars. I can recommend to everyone who is interested in wireless data communication.
