Extremely good value for money, the angle of the blade and curvature make for easy cutting and total control in the handle. The handle is surprisingly comfortable to hold despite its angular construction.My only reservation is the availabilty ov blades. They are not a common size in the UK. They are intended to be disposable and are probably too flexable to sharpen
