This product works very well. The vibration feature is adjustable in 3 settings (Low, Medium & High). The straps mount the cushion securely against most conventional chairs. The heat function is also usable without using the vibration settings. Product packaged well in retail box and can be used both in the car and office as it features a 12V cigarette lighter and 12V DC charger making it very versatile. For the price, I think you can't go wrong. It also features an auto shutdown mode after cycling through the various massaging profiles. The only one drawback of this product is that the vibrating motors can be very noisy even at medium settings. The vibrating noise is further amplified against the chair surface and can be a bit annoying so it might not be ideal for an office environment. Besides this one shortcoming, the product seems decent.
