This are really awesome for making your own power banks from miscellaneous lithium cells you don't want to discard. The PD port can be used for discharging (power source) or charging (power sync) your batter. PD port supports 5, 9, or 12 VDC. When using the PD port it will fast charge your battery a up to 18W if your USB power supply is capable. Will charge at 10W from regular non-QC charger via the micro USB input. The 4 LED power meter is quite handy. I have not tested by according to the data sheet I am fairly certain you can use all three ports simultaneously if necessary. I have included pictures of two of my projects using this. Once is complete and the other will be installed in one of the 100x60x25mm DIY ABS Junction Case Plastic Electronic Project Box Enclosures I also got here on Banggood. I will be buying more of these as needed.

One of the boards had slight damage - one of the USB-A ports was bent (see photo 2). I can fix this. Shipping time was faster than promised. The board I tested works exactly as described. I connected it to a 3.7V lithium flat pack from an old charger case. As described, it was locked out until I connected it to the charger. It then charged up without problems. I was then able to draw a 5 volt 1 amp load off the USB Port (I didn't attempt to load more than 1A). I then connected loads to both USB-A outputs. When I exceeded about 3.4 amps total the unit started going into a protective mode till I reduced the load slightly. So the combined output of the USB-A ports is about 17 watts. It charges from both the micro USB input as well as the USB-C port. That port works as a sync (charging mode) or as a source (power mode). I have not checked to see if voltage negotiation for voltages other than 5 VDC is possible. Handy little gizmo. And a great way to make use of lithium cells that would otherwise go to the ecyling!
