A very good radio. It is also known as Radtel Rt-490. It is not supported by chirp by default, but with a little research you can find the Radtel RT-490 plugin. It does the job. It doesn't reach 10W in power, but it's close. It is very good that it will receive FM radio stations and you can listen to the radio with it. It's also programmable via Bluetooth from a mobile phone. You can program it with BAOFENG 2 Pins Plug USB Programming Cable.
