The LED is actually flashing very quickly, either at 100 or 120 times per second depending on where you live, but it's happening too fast for the human eye to see. Your phone, on the other hand, can see this flashing. It's quite normal for LEDs to flash on cameras, this isn't a problem unless you want to use them for film-making.

RMattiaC Nelle telecamere professionali o di qualità medio alta puoi selezionare differenze frequenze di ripresa. Questo lampeggiare succede anche con le lampadine normali... In Italia ad esempio funzionano a 50hz, e la telecamera deve essere settata sugli stessi hz, altrimenti nella ripresa si nota lo sfarfallio luminoso... In Inghilterra (ed America se non ricordo male) la frequenza degli impianti è di 60hz, e le telecamere vanno impostate su 60hz. Per i led mi sembra di capire da commenti precedenti che non conta solo la frequenza dell'impianto, ma anche da come è progettato il LED stesso (in alcuni commenti si parla di 100/120hz). Per non avere quel problema nelle riprese bisognerebbe poter settare la telecamera agli stessi hz di frequenza delle fonti luminose usate per illuminare gli ambienti interessati dalle riprese...
