I was a bit afraid when earphones arrived since package was a bit squashed...but they came ok. So far so good...earphones work as they are supposed to. Sure, there are better ones on the market but one should compare product in similar price range. The only thing I could complain about is that manual was in chineese. There was no english version of it. Since you can download it from internet without any hussle, I don't think this is a real problem. I must admit, I've become fan of Xiaomi products since they offer great value for money. So far, I'm using Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 smartphone (bought in Croatian), Xiaomi electric scooter Pro version bought from banggood web shop, Xiaomi Redmi Airdots 2 Earphones also from this webshop. Altogether, I'm very satisfied with Xiaomi products. I also ordered Xiaomi Smart4U bicycle helmet...and I can't wait to try it. Keep up the good work.
