I have several different Trail Cameras and this is up there with the best and at a much lower price. Only surprise was that it uses the batteries at 12v all my others use them at 6v (2 banks of 4 rather than 1 bank of 8 AA batteries) so I have so far been unable to power this from an external source as it needs a 12v in. Batteries do last longer than my other cameras
