I bought this product and I received it three weeks later completely damaged the cardboard explode it I lack screws of nuts and brackets for the attachment of the Helette. I am offered a refund of 40 €while I have subscribed to the shipping insurance where there is written because full refund can be incurred in case of damage to the product. In addition to that on the 40 €they are reviewed on PayPal and it is up to me to pay a fee for it to be fired. Really a big joke this site and this completely cardboard product that I have to repaint in full to use it then buy back the screws, nuts and brackets that I miss. Abused frankly

J’ai acheté ce produit est je l’ai reçu trois semaines plus tard complètement abîmé le carton exploser il me manque des vis des écrous et des équerres pour la fixation des Hélette. On me propose un remboursement de 40 € alors que j’ai souscrit à l’assurance expédition où il y a écrit car remboursement total peut être engagée en cas d’endommagement du produit. En plus de ça sur les 40 € ils sont reviré sur PayPal et c’est à moi de payer des frais pour qu’il soit viré. Vraiment une grosse blague ce site et ce produit complètement en carton que je dois repeindre en entier pour m’en servir puis racheter les vis les écrous et les équerres qui me manque.Abusé franchement
