Packaging first class - completely encased in foam - 24 volts or more is what you really need to power modern chargers efficiently or you will not realise anything like the potential of the charger - make sure you pay attention to the amount of amps and don't be sucked in by headline watts that sound amazing !

this one is an EUROPE voltage 200-240 AC input I can not use it. guess it was a glitch on selecting EU or US AC input and ended up with EU. since then I have ordered the correct one and just received it July 31,2019. Now have to see about sending the EU model back depend on shipping cost compared to what I paid for it. Or see if it can be converted to US 120 vac input
