I bought a couple of these to use with my Google Home. I had difficulty getting them linked to the android eWeLink app. I followed the instructions but no success. You need to hold the button down for about 5 seconds until it starts blinking 3 times in a row, Then hold down the button again until it blinks continuously and faster. Then try the linking again and it should be OK and it will tell you that the firmware version is out of date. Update the firmware version and voila, it works. Give your device a name and then go to Google Home and add it as a device under the Smart We Link services. I have ordered some more to add to my home automation project.
