I ordered from Japan on January 7th. Arrived on January 13th. There was no breakdown because it was packed tightly with cushioning material. The extra case was discarded because it was not a 11.6 inch one, but a 15 inch notebook. Also, the stylus pen listed in the catalog was not attached. The main body is light and the 8GB of memory makes WINDOWS10 work comfortably and satisfying. If the extra case is for 11.6 inches and a stylus pen is also added, I think that satisfaction will be further improved.
