It arrived relatively quickly. All items were in bulk in a box. I had a little trouble assembling at first but I finally made it. It is very strong and good. I wish it was all in one case. The chain needs lubrication...

It arrived 5 days later than it supposed to be but still 2 weeks is a good time. The motor is very strong, easily cuts quite large branches. The battery lasts about half an hour but I am not sure because I dont know if it was fully charged. The bad thing is the chain that is too big and keeps coming out. I need to find someone to fix it

Product arrived on time, the portable chainsaw is very lightweight easy to handle, easy to assemble, cuts easy, well agile, practical and of great quality. In the packaging came two batteries, a charger, a sabre, a chain, an adapter for electrical socket, a screwdriver, a socket wrench for adjusting the sabre protection box. We've run the tests on her. However after placing the two batteries to recharge, one of them did not recharge as photos below. I'd like to know how I can change that faulty battery because the kit I purchased had two batteries. I look forward to a positive solution to this.

Produto chegou dentro do prazo, a moto serra portátil é bem leve fácil de manusear, fácil de montar, corta fácil, bem ágil, prática e de ótima qualidade. Na embalagem veio duas baterias, um carregador, um sabre, uma corrente, um adaptador para tomada elétrica, um chave fenda, uma chave de boca para ajuste da caixa de proteção do sabre. Já fizemos os testes com ela. No entanto após colocar a duas baterias para recarregar, uma delas não recarregou conforme fotos abaixo. Gostaria de saber como posso trocar essa bateria com defeito, pois o kit que adquiri tinha duas baterias. Fico no aguardo de uma solução positiva para o assunto.

You must press both the trigger and safety button to power, the tool. There's a build-in kickback break too. It has plenty output power and cuts thick tree branches with ease like a knife through butter. Keep in mind that this mini chainsaw is not for heavy duty cutting-pruning. I recommend it for its low price and pretty good performance.

bad, the battery is not ion, it doesn't cut a twig, after 2 seconds it freezes. be wary, there is not even a label on either the chainsaw or the battery, I opened it, there is a pack of nickel cadmium batteries that will come yes and no at 8 volts, I have not measured it. This is sobering about transparency, and of the manufacturer and especially of the seller

pessimo, la batteria non è agli ioni, non taglia neanche un ramoscello, dopo 2 secondi si blocca. diffidare, non c'è neanche un' etichetta nè sulla motosega nè sulla batteria, l'ho aperta, c'è un pacco di batterie al nichel cadmio che arriveranno si e no a 8 volts, non l'ho misurato. Questo fa riflettere sulla trasparenza, e del produttore e sopratutto del venditore

Charger a little light and shoddy long loads, you have to remember about lubricating the chain and guide every few cuts and stretching after the first cuts because the chain loosens. Cherry cut, on the branches 8cm without a problem, but due to bad weather and rainfall the real test will be later, fits the battery Makita 18v. I recommend fast delivery.

Idzie jak w masło. Baterie po przybyciu mialy 19v czyli ok. Ładowarka trochę lekka i tandetna długo ładuje, trzeba pamietac o smarowaniu łańcucha i prowadnicy co kilka cięć i naciaganiu po pierwszych cieciach gdyż łańcuch się luzuje . Czereśnia przycięta , na gałęzi 8cm bez problemu, lecz z uwagi na zła pogodę i opady deszczu prawdziwy test bedzie później, pasuje bateria Makity 18v. Polecam, szybka dostawa.
