As advertised. Small, light weight, easy to use. The only problem founded as to my first testing is the USB port does not charge some gadgets (blower, electric screwdriver, led lamps, battery powered tire inflator,....) Maybe is intended only for cell phones or similar, with internal intelligence for fast charging. Tested with adjustable load and gives up to 3.50 amps at 4.95 volts, but gives no charge for simple devices.

The package just arrived, and the function of the apparatus is confirmed - Voltages agree with my multimeter. Order, tracking and delivery went quickly and smoothly. The item was well packaged, and by the look and feel of it, is also well-built. If it keeps working as well as in the first test, I would give it a full 5 stars.
