The item was packaged in an absolutely inadequate manner ( was inserted inside a plastic bag without any protection) so it arrived broken. I asked for its replacement in the time and in the manner you requested but I was denied I don't understand why. I am very disappointed with this service of yours and I hope you will remedy it as soon as possible with the free replacement of the item in question.

L'articolo era imballato in modo assolutamente inadeguato ( era inserito all'interno di una busta di plastica senza nessuna protezione) perciò è arrivato rotto . ho chiesto la sua sostituzione nei tempi e nei modi da voi richiesti ma mi è stata negata non capisco per quale motivo. Sono molto delusa da questo vostro servizio e spero rimedierete al più presto con la sostituzione gratuita dell'articolo in questione.
