I've been using this toothbrash for 2 months without problem. During this time I did not charge it. Finally when battery was empty it did not charge. When I put on docking station toothbrush indicates with green light like it fully charged. After few days of charging thoothbrush worked only 30 seconds. Castomer service did not reply on my request. So I've disassembled the toothbrush (wasn't easy) and charged battery in separate charger. So it's working fine now.
