innanzitutto non sono 8 ma è una sola però è abbastanza resistente e fa il suo lavoro.

have purchased before and they can break if you use just one at a time.. I use two for arms and put three together for legs.. and if you do that they will not break and give you very good exercise for very low price. Good product.
