I have only tested the stereo output so far, with a 12 volt 1 amp power supply and little 4 ohm 20 watt JVC speakers. This set-up produces a reasonably decent sound quality and volume in a normal sized room. As others have mentioned, the Bluetooth connection remains active even when the amp is switched off, so it really needs to be completely disconnected from any power source when not in use.
