thanse5 the user manual say this about the oscilloscope. 1Hz to 5MHz sensitivity is from 50-500mVpp. 5MHz to 10MHz-sensitivity is 500mv to 1Vpp. 10-20MHz sensitivity is 1V-3Vpp. so as you can see the sensitivity falls with increasing frequenzy,this is mainly caused by induction in the test leads at high frequenzy.

thanse5 they need cooling so you need to mount them on a heasink.

thanse5 you have to mount them on a heatsink and use a fan to keep them cool,the better cooling the longer they will last.

thanse5 the camera comes with the program i-cam+ ,suported by android but i do not know if it is compatible with SAP software.

thanse5 from the information i have working range is from -40 to +70C.if you can keep the temperature below 70C the chip will last longer, the lifetime of the chip is 5000+hrs if you have proper cooling,better cooling gives a longer lifetime for the chip.
