Q: What do I look for in a drone to know that these will work with it?

BrunofPorto It need to have an analog system with the 5,8ghz video transmitter. It is the most common type. It is not compatible with DJI systems and can be compatible with Fatshark's Digital HD TX if you add a SharkByte receiver to it.

BrunofPorto It does have RSSI and RX voltage telemetry: the one you get from your BEC or it will be battery voltage if you do not use any BEC circuits and connects a suitable battery directly to the receiver.

Q: Does it ouput PPM signal? Or SBUS? What protocol does it output to the flight controller?

BrunofPorto It is powered from the Current/Voltage meter. The Sbus connector seems to be powered from the internal BEC and the PWM outputs from external BEC.
