Q: Is the screen round or square or can be both?

DeusAbsconditus It's only a square screen. With a round screen it would be perfect.

DeusAbsconditus No. This radio is ACCESS only. No ACCST receivers. You'll be able to upgrade original FrSky receivers to ACCESS but not 3rd party ones.

DeusAbsconditus No, it's not compatible to ACCST Rx. FrSky will make their own receivers compatible by firmware upgrade but not 3rd party receivers. That's why they do sell it so cheap. It's to kill competition.

DeusAbsconditus No, it isn't. It's a trick by FrSky to get competition killed. No 3rd party receivers will be supported. Only FrSky RX will get their encrypted firmware and work with this radio. Why do you think they sell it so cheap?

Q: so what happens to the shutter/power button when you cut the board down to 20mm?

DeusAbsconditus There are two buttons. If you cut it you'll loose one button but the other is still there. Both do have identical functions.
