BG750229464 no it is not, they come with a 3s battery i wouldn't run it on more than a 4s without upgrading the ESC and motor

BG52555400 it is ridiculous fast about same as some traxxas vehicles but part availability wise you will have to wait for them to arrive with traxxas those will be available in your nearest hobbytown or hobby shop
