hvorfordetda A pressure sensor is subject to mechanical stress when pressurized. You will find data for how many cycles up to operating pressure a given sensor is designed for in the sensors data sheet. 500.000 is not a high number, but this sensor will most likely not be used in a demanding industrial system. I feel more confident about this sensor rated for 500.000 cycles than if it had been rated for 20 mill cycles given its price.

Q: could I use it for a drill press that has a B16 chuck with key?

hvorfordetda If you can remove the keyed chuck from the B16 cone, this keyless chuck should fit, yes.
