pinkflufyunicorn any USB port, but to get the fastest charging performance, you need a ac/DC USB adaptor with min. 1A of max output per Battery.

pinkflufyunicorn yes you can connect Gps and you can look how to connect here: http://www.mateksys.com/?portfolio=f405-ctr#tab-id-5 . The Inav Wiring will also fit other FC Firmwares like Betaflight.
