Q: is this compatible with dji naza m v2?

Bimmermb They are compatible As this is FRSky, the sbus out is an inverted signal. Naza M doesn't have an inverter to my knowledge, so you're going to have to remove the sbus out wire on the R-XSR and solder it onto the uninverted pad.

Bimmermb What bearings are in those motors? I need to change them.

Bimmermb those SCL and SDA are for magnetometer and are optional if you have them.
