pieter_van_durme theseare dc motors. the times you can put it in the wall, and pull it out again would give you the frequency .

Q: Does this control the spindle motor? I see xyz drivers and xyz endstops but where do you connect spindle or laser.

pieter_van_durme thereis a pinout for coolent and for a spindle motor. (you wil need additional relais offcourse) i must ad that this board had a serious design issue. it is wired the wrong way, what makes it unusable right out the box. tweeking is possible to make it work. I do NOT reccoment this board!
