This ZD Racing is a very nicely designed monster truck. It's a 16 scale rc car and has almost the size of the Traxxas E-Revo. It comes with a powerful brushless motor and several part in Aluminium. The shocks are advertised as been oil-filled but from my first test and run I doubt this. The hugh tires are really remarkable and filled with foam. In general, the car runs really nice and fast. it is advertised with 40 km/h. It's probably less than this, but nut much! The radio is quite handy and runs on 4 AA batteries. It has throttle and steering trim and - as far as I could understand from the Chinese manual - a speed trim (which is very helpful for beginners). What I don't like is the unprotected motor gear. Dust, sand and small gravel will find its way into this. It came with the manual for the brushed car and - as already mentioned - with a purely Chinese radio manual. As per my knowledge you can't download other manual from ZD Racing so this is a little bit annoying. Right on the first run with some bashing the front left steering arm (6260) broke. Both, my son and myself were very disappointed. Besides this, I have seen and read several reviews about the bad quality of the differential. I can't tell of any problems because of the steering arm brake. My recommendation to ZD Racing: please offer at least some upgrade parts in Aluminium for the diffs and the arms. My recommendation to other consumers: If the issue with the diff really persists, keep your fingers off this car. otherwise use the speed trim to reduce max speed and you have a nice cheap car.

My kids had this car now for a while and they love it! It's 4WD, brushless power, metal CVDs (in front) and metal dog bones in rear. Diffs, and diff outlet cups and drive cups are metal, pinion and spur gear are covered. So, overall a very good equipment. Very good for kids is the low and high speed level you can set at the radio. The LIPO 1000mAh lasts approx. 20 mins at low speed (which is still fast enough for up to 9 or 10 year olds) and around 10 to 15 mins in high speed mode. The car is quite durable, last bashing, my kids broke the wheelie bar (ok) and a diff outlet cup (although it's metal, ups). Unfortunately, I had to buy a completely new diff incl. outlet. So, this a little bit on the negative side. The only complaints I have (and I wouldn't call it a real complaint but a point to improve): only friction shocks, not oil-filled (and you can't do it - I tried). And the battery compartment only hosts the stock batteries. Size-wise you almost can't insert other lipos on the market (although the connector is a Deans / T-bone style). Spare parts are mainly available on Aliexpress, unfortunately not at Banggood (where I personally love to shop more). So, overall, I give it a thumbs up! I fully can recommend this car especially for kids or beginners in the RC Car universe. Thanks, Alexander

This is my first re-buy of this amazing small size RC car. I ordered it to have a good amount of spareparts for the two cars (for my kids) that I already have. So, please read the review at my first car review. Overall, it's a very good RC car and I can fully recommend it! Thumbs up!
