I am very satisfied with the purchase of this product. Making the purchase was a quick and easy procedure. Making the payment was easy and safe, I was able to use my Paypal account. The product was shipped very quickly after I made the purchase. The seller provided me with abundant information to follow up and be able to be informed at all times of the trajectory of the product that was shipped. Dispatch and delivery time was completed in a total of nine days, just a little over a week, it was very fast. The packaging of the product, It was good, but it could be better. The first impression upon receiving the product is that it is something that is well built. I wasn't very happy at first because I found two flaws. The first defect is a scratch in the paint on the metal case of the equipment. It is not something serious but I would not want to see it in my new equipment. I also found a slightly more serious defect, one of the buttons on the front keyboard did not work, apparently it was stuck, stuck internally. Take the risk and disassemble the equipment, it was necessary to loosen all the screws of the electronic card and relieve pressure on the button that did not work, this was enough to solve the problem. It caught my attention that charging the batteries took several hours to complete, but this is not a problem, the batteries work well. So far I am satisfied with the equipment, but I must say that the manufacturer needs to update the software, I feel that it has many small bugs. I have also found some bugs in using the equipment without the computer software. For example, when I want to take a picture of the image, sometimes the function doesn't work. I was also able to realize that the equipment is very slow when it does a very extensive sweep of frequencies. Regarding the sensitivity to touch that the screen has, it is excellent, the image on the screen is also very good.
