Q: What do the numbered setting represent? 0 indicates a weld time duration of "0 seconds" what does setting 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 indicate? My welder is very weak and I'm trying to determine why.

BG153411081 0 indicates the welder is on, but it is in safety mode, which means it does not get triggered if the two contacts touch each other. The other numbers are supposed to mean time durations. simply, the bigger the number, the longer the welding period gets. If you experience that the weld is weak, you will need a bigger power supply like a car battery.
