This appears reasonably well made and I have used it for milling square heads on material using ER-32 collets. A little expensive for what it is however you pay for precision and well machined items.

Fairly happy with this although the display is slightly different to the other shorter unit that was ordered from the same supplier at the same time. The display on this one does turn itself off after a period of inaction but does retain all values so you have to press the on/off button if you haven't moved the scale for a while. When pressing the 'ABS' button to use the incremental function, 'INCS' comes up on the display and zeros the value as it should. This is a good budget price way to add DRO's to your mill or lathe. Fairly easy to attach to my mill without too much modification.

Also when pressing the 'ABS' button to use the incremental function, 'ABS' comes up on the display whereas 'INC' should come up as it does on the other display unit. Otherwise this is a good budget price way to add DRO's to your mill or lathe. Fairly easy to attach to my mill without too much modification.

These appear well made and accurate. Measurements show accuracy to stated measurements between 0.005-0.01mm. Have used these a lot on my milling machine & very happy with them.
