Henrik NO! The adhesive does NOT conduct. You might get an (unreliable) contact at the edge of the tape, but NOT through the adhesive.

Henrik I also go a blue version. They are pretty much equivalent for a hobbyist with a breadboard. But the blue one has a few more pull up/down-resistors, and because of that it's slightly easier to use. It also has a different pinout! So beware to everybody who want to make a circuitboard to fit this module into directly.
