Nice little board, I hate using cheapo 1S multichargers for quads, this allows me to use my real charger.

They are black, not painted silver as shown. Other than that, they are pretty good. The ball cups are really snug on standard losi balls, I had to sand a little out of them so they would move freely. I bought these for a crawler build. The springs are way too stiff for that (as expected) but they would be good for other applications.

WinterWolf Don knows micro crawlers. If he says it's a good one, you should buy it.

This 1/18 'Micro Wraith' from PRC is a well thought out and capable mini/micro crawler. It looks awesome and the platform is well built with quality materials. It is a little bigger than a 1/18 RC4WD but still much smaller than a 1/18 losi or HSP Crawler. The chassis design itself doesnt leave much desire for optimization/modification and even with a relatively small motor, its very capable. Its easy to upgrade to a n30 geared motor without any modification. I have modded a 050 motor's gearbox to fit the qx4 trans and its now a total beast :) The drivetrain is equipped with full ball bearings and components are made from strong, quality plastic. I just wished the wheels would have a standard 7mm hex like on 1" standard wheels. However the rim's od is slightly larger than 1" wheels so tires would still fit but anything else than Scramblers would be too small. MiClaws (if you can find some) are a good fit. Overall its a very nice and capable crawler out of the box. Compared to other recent mini/micro releases, the QX4 does many things right. Built quality is very good and feels sturdy. The relatively small motor still provides enough torque. The chassis and suspension are well designed and perform really good. One of the best things imo is the really good electronics in form of the 3in1 unit. The ESC provides drag brake, low voltage warning and allows for smooth and very nice low end control. All those things sets it apart from most other mini/micro releases.
