Q: does this receiver works with spektrum 5xe transmitter?

Pugzu_Daddy It's doubtful. 2.4ghz transmitters and receivers normally have to be the same brand

Pugzu_Daddy Hi. Yes it can. I have the 4 channel Surpass Hoby 9ne, which is the same DumboRC transmitter. The 6 channel one is needed to use the gyro

Q: Can I use this receiver with the regular x6 transmitter with out gyro?

Pugzu_Daddy yes. I've just set mine up like that. hold the setting button down 3 seconds to connect, then switch your transmitter on. 3 consecutive clicks switches it on and off

Pugzu_Daddy no, just the Dumbo x6 as channel 6 controls the gyro
