tmacdon Kiss - I have my fully operational, partly thanks to you and ambition on my part to get it to work... I as well was in China, offline as well... if you look to the lower left side of the screen you will see 2 icons, 1 a location in a circle, and 2 a cell phone - If you hit the location in the circle the unit will then change to your location... The phone icon is the designation of the phone you are using... On the screen, the blue is the phone and the green arrow is the gps unit... Try it!
