A cute kalimba, it is cute and wasn't damaged. It was tuned properly and there weren't any stiff keys. The packaging was alright - comes with a kalimba tuner and a small pouch to put your kalimba in as well as stickers. The stickers are really nice, they stick onto the keys properly and it isn't an issue to take them off. I got the white kalimba and it hasn't gotten dirty :D

Q: Is the bag good? Or is it a case perhaps?

BG154353221 Thebag can fit the kalimba in it - it's not necessarily a case or a box. It's easy to close and open, you have to pull 2 small ropes on the side in order to close the bag. One bad thing is the outside is fluffy and it catches dust very easily.

BG154353221 Theyinclude green and red stickers that you can put onto keys. You can adjust their size by cutting them.
