BG532337117 If you are trying to take off on asphalt concrete or a rock driveway or road there could be interference with the gps. I put mine on a small outside PLASTIC table along with a rubber insulation mat below the table. Saves half the time waiting for gps lock and flies stable magnetism from the rocks asphalt and concrete have metal in them which degrades or totally intefers with GPS signal.

BG532337117 You can turn the lens clockwise or counter clockwise to focus. Then retighten the locknut to keep Lens focused
