Q: is there current limiting? if so how do adjust it?

BG106948463 ithas 10-32V input and 12-35V output. there is a small blue box on it with a screw head. Thats how you can adjust it.

BG106948463 Yes.But you need to hook it up to a potentiometer or something else to dim it.
