Q: How do you put it in manual mode? Mine is either always in stab or rth.

bikinidan Put channel 5 onto a 3-position switch (-100, 0, +100) - that will give you manual at "0".

Q: Mine goes into stick calibration every time I start it. I do not touch the sticks or anything but I have to calibrate it every time I turn it on. How do I change this?

NYHobbyist Try making sure that you never touch DATA FORMAT in the menus EVER, if you do touch DATA FORMAT, it will make you do the calibration everytime you Power the system back on
