very disappointed with the delivery, package weight underestimated by the sender, declared 30Kg while the bike and its packaging weigh 48Kg, I had to travel 100km round trip to pick up my package at the DPD agency, who contacted me to inform that the package was going to be returned to the sender. otherwise the bike is superb, I hope Banggood will make a commercial gesture for this event!

très déçu par la livraison , poids du colis sous estimer par l'expéditeur déclaration 30Kg alors que le vélo et sont emballage pèse 48Kg , j'ai du faire 100km Aller retour pour récupéré mon colis en agence DPD, qui m'a contacté pour m'annoncer que le colis allait être retourner à l'envoyeur. sinon le vélo est superbe, j'espère que Banggood va faire un geste commercial pour cet événement !
