YOUR FIRST HOBBY RC! Iv heard much of this series of buggies from WL Toys and decided to get one. Played mainly on sand/soil track, took many tumbles and have gone through at least 20packs. NOTHING BROKEN, but a bent front dogbone. Built like a tank for a shorttrack. Easy fix, just bend back. AOT OF POWER for 2S. Enough for me on track, as the rear slides out easy on power. Shock are well damped, but abit stiff for offroad use. Would be great to use on road, but will need to change to e smoother tires (like on 124019). No real need for any immediate upgrades, as everything works well right out of the box. Controller looks good, has great range (tested until i cant see e car, 100m easy). Also has a power limiter dial, but tuning it down will give alot of initial deadzone on the trigger and reverse may not work. Great that its separate reveiver and ESC. May use my own DumboRC Transmitter. Easy to get spares in Singapore too. Will highly recommend to anyonwle wanting to get an affordable hobby-grade starter buggy. Battery quality is good too Realky a good, ready to RACE out of the box RC.

Banggood pricing was fair and I bought the set with 3 x 2200mAh batteries. Shipping took just under 2 weeks from China to Switzerland. Amazingly fast, considering it cost 3 bucks! When it arrives, be sure to pack the diffs with thick grease (loads of how-to vids on YouTube - 1 hour's work for a total noob) and then adjust your front toe in to be only slightly 'open'. There is nothing more to be said about this buggy. It's an absolutely blast to drive, wickedly quick, robust and backed up by very available spares. No need to waste money on most of the metal upgrades as they only transmit any impact shock to a more expensive part and damage that instead. Just buy the upgraded metal front steering knuckles. The rest is just bling and you'll end up with a more substantial job to replace other parts instead. Invest in some spare dogbones (they bend easily), front lower suspension arms (they bend or crack in a BIG crash) and perhaps tie rods (the end loop can get loose and start to pop off too easily). Buy now before you need them to avoid a long wait! I took mine to the gym the first day it arrived and raised a lot of eyebrows. The guys in my club could not believe that it was so capable for the price. One of them is already ordering one! If you are on the fence, just buy it! I've not had an rc car since 1983 and this thing has turned me into a big kid again!
