Bought the drone with 2 batteries however 1 is not recharging. It's been over a week and I haven't been answered yet. I'd like the solution as soon as possible.

Comprei o drone com 2 baterias porém 1 não está recarregando. Já se passaram mais de uma semana e ainda não fui respondido. Gostaria da solução o mais rápido possível.
